Bell Pepper Ltd. Limited has started its first all round activities under the brand name Greene Consortium Ltd. from October 2011. Since January 2012, Greene Consortium has shifted the Food and Beverage operations along with its catering Business in the name of BELL PEPPER LTD.  The company has a very high standard commercial kitchen and Bakery facility with a space of 3000 SFT in Bashundhara residential area. It maintains a high standard of quality and production procedure to meet the high quality needs of its clientele.

The ultimate objective of Bell Pepper Ltd. Catering is to replace unhygienic and unprofessional food production and food service that prevails in the country by highly sophisticated catering services.

Catering includes, multinational cuisines, food services by the most sophisticated catering equipments and machinery, high quality linens, glass wares, flat wares and table wares of 5 Star hotel standards. Catering is a model that differs from other Baburchi/Decorator based catering when compared for hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness, presentation, quality of food, quality manpower, nice uniform, good health of staff, high quality service equipment and materials.

Major Aminul Hoque Sarwar(retd) was the Chief of Logistics for Bandesh Hq Support Company at UNOCI Ivory Coast, where he was responsible for the daily mealing operations of the multinational forces staff in the UN HQ. Bell Pepper Ltd. is one of the strongest in the market by its facilities with a large kitchen and Bakery Facility. Bell Pepper Ltd. has an excellent exposure to serve high-end clients as it already supplies daily meal to 4x Multinational Companies located at Gulshan and Banani area on regular basis. Bell Pepper Ltd. is a self-sustained Food and Beverage company that has the capability of providing all sorts of meals and fast food items from its single facility. Bell Pepper Ltd.
Weaknesses
The business model is new as the catering in Bangladesh is based on Baburchi. It will take time for people to overcome the myth of Baburchi catering.

Brief about the Chairman

Maj SK Abu Mahadi (retd) was Bangladesh Army in Prestigious Ordnance Corps, in the year of 1997. He has extensive experience in program Security, operations, logistics and project implementation. He has served in Various Capacities and performed the highly sensitive security duties to ensure the safety and security of the Central Ammunition Depot of Bangladesh. After his retirement from the Bangladesh Army he served with a leading conglomerate of Bangladesh as the Senior Consultant for two years. During his span of service he had the opportunity of being exposed to the Green Energy Sector of Bangladesh. He led the operations and administration-restructuring project of the company and successfully implemented new administrative and operational settings for the firm. He was responsible for managing solar systems programs in various locations in Bangladesh.Mr. Mahadi is an MBA. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional and a trainer for the same at various universities of Bangladesh.

Brief about the Managing Director

Maj Aminul Sarwar (retd) was Bangladesh Army in Prestigious Armoured Corps, in the year of 1997. He has extensive experience in program Security, operations, logistics and project implementation. He has served in President Guard Regiment for 4 years and performed the highly sensitive security duties to ensure the safety and security of the Honorable President and Prime Minister of Bangladesh and other visiting foreign dignitaries. After his retirement from the Bangladesh Army he served with a leading conglomerate of Bangladesh, East Coast Group,  as Vice President (operations) for two years. During his span of service he had the opportunity of being exposed to the Green Energy Sector of Bangladesh. He led the operations and administration of the company and successfully implemented and commissioned a solar panel manufacturing plant. He was responsible for managing solar systems programs in various locations in Bangladesh.Mr. Sarwar is an MBA graduate from Royal Roads University, British Columbia, Canada. He is a Certified Supply Chain Manager from International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA), USA.
